A green store doesn’t make up for a brown product. LEED building is good, but food integrity is better.

This is an interesting point for a service heavy industry. And its a nice spinoff the old “a brown company can’t make a green product”.
It’s all about integrity people. Change in terms of sustainability isn’t about patch work, making up, or cosmetics. It’s a deep seeded reflection that should start with your biggest impact. Often times that biggest impact is the product or service delivery, not the company’s offices or retail stores. Not that there’s anything wrong with LEED buildings. There a great initiative. Simply put, “a green store doesn’t make up for a brown product.”
